We handle your data in line with the principles of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). We collect your CV and professional details only to build your career plan; your contact details to reach you and deliver it; and, if you upload it, your LinkedIn connections file is matched entirely inside your own browser, never uploaded or stored by us. We rely on trusted providers for payment, email, and hosting (such as Moyasar, Resend, and Vercel), some outside the Kingdom under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data. You can request deletion at any time.

Masaar is a career planning service that helps you build your plan and reach decision makers. It gives you an assessment, a plan, paths, and contacts based on your data; it is advisory and does not guarantee a job or promotion. Delivery is manual and quality reviewed, usually within 24 hours of receiving your CV. Payment is via a secure gateway (Moyasar), and we confirm your order by email or reach you on WhatsApp. The plan we prepare is for your personal use; please do not resell or republish it.

Because the service is prepared manually just for you: you can request a full refund before we begin, that is, before we receive your CV. After the plan is delivered, if there is a clear execution issue we will fix it or resolve it with you case by case.
